Our UL 1069 certified products are exclusively represented by our nationwide distributor network. When a company comes on as a Response Care distributor, we do not assign any other distributors to that company's Area of Primary Market Responsibility. Furthermore, Response Care has never, and will never, sell a system behind a distributor’s back. If we get a lead from a facility in a distributor's area, we forward it to that distributor and support the sale in whatever way possible. We believe in doing business this way because it allows us to build a level of trust unparalleled throughout our industry.
