Our mission is to help caregivers provide quality care, safety and security for their patients, residents and loved ones by providing state-of-the-art, reliable communications. We promote the prudent and caring use of these technologies to Healthcare and Eldercare Communities so that those in need may live with independence and dignity.

The Response Care Story

Response Care's product line dates back to 1987, but Response Care itself started when our founder and president, Myron Kowal, acquired the facilities division of the original provider in 2006. Mr. Kowal's decades of industry knowledge and experience allowed him to take the company in a new direction to better serve caregivers and seniors. In late 2009, Response Care began our first alpha testing of our flagship product, the R-Cube Monitoring System.

The R-Cube Monitoring System has since become an industry leading product by combining cutting edge technology with unparalleled user-friendliness. Any caregiver, regardless of technical aptitude, can quickly learn the R-Cube system, allowing for better care throughout the assisted and independent senior living industry.

2010 has been a great year for Response Care, as we continue to prosper by offering the best personal emergency system at the best price, bar none. We're excited for 2011 to continue working every day to provide the best for our elders.

What sets Response Care Apart

At Response Care, we believe that the only way to provide quality eldercare is to have the best caregivers utilizing the best communications technology to give our elders the best lives possible.

We don’t pretend our systems are some magic solution for the unique challenges of eldercare. We do know that if we work each and every day to help caregivers do what they do best, our elders will generously reap the benefits of better care from happier caregivers. We are constantly asking for feedback from nurses, aides, facilities personnel, to improve our systems. From software to sales, we do everything for our caregivers.

Building Relationships

Solving the unique challenges of eldercare can’t be done by one person or one company alone; we must all work together. We are all care partners in the quest to provide our elders with the care deserve, and at Response Care, we are determined to do our part. We work to give seniors the independence they need to pursue meaningful activities. We do this by building emergency call systems that provide seniors with the peace of mind they need to be independent. In facilities with Response Care systems, residents always feel safe because they know that help is just a button press away.
