Response Care Receives UL 1069 Certification

We are very excited to announce that Response Care Inc. has just received ETL certification to UL 1069: The Standard for Hospital Signaling and Nurse Call Equipment, Edition 7. This listing was specifically developed to cover the use of wireless nurse call systems, such as our world-class R-Cube system, in hospitals and skilled care facilities. We are very proud to be recognized for having a system that meets this rigorous standard developed to ensure patient safety. We have always been confident in the reliability and functionality of our system, and we are pleased that our hard work has been certified to the highest standard our industry has to offer.

Some companies are happy enough with one standard, but we figured while we were at this certification thing, why not go for every certification we could get? So we are pleased to further announce that our systems have also been certified to UL 1635: The Standard for Digital Communicator System Units and UL 1637: The Standard for Home Health Care Signaling Equipment. These additional certifications further enforce the fact that our products have unmatched reliability and are suitable for the whole spectrum of eldercare and senior living.

So what do these certifications mean to our care partners? First and foremost, these certifications mean our systems meet standardized regulatory requirements Secondly, our distributors and their customers will know that they are getting the reliability they expect. Finally and most importantly, our caregivers, elders, and their families will feel the peace of mind of having a system that will be there when they need it most.

We’re proud of these certifications, but we’re never satisfied with the status quo, and we will continue to develop our products to be even better.
