The “R” principle

Response Care was created by the marriage of Retail Personal Emergency and Facility Hardwire Nurse Call. The result of this union is a highly reliable, extremely flexible, mobile call system for Communities called R-Care. The "R" principle simply stated is “ The Right Caregiver to the Right Resident at the Right Time”. Reliability and Respond-Ability is the goal of product design.

We also needed to make our products Robust to accommodate multiple technologies and methods of operation. For example: a resident pendant press on a nature path might notify security via two way radio whereas, an in-room pendant activation in the assisted living area may open a voice to voice connection to an aide using wireless phone technology. An administrator may want to check the evening’s activities via the web or his personal PDA. Above all, it must be easy to use and easy to operate.

Even though Affordable doesn’t begin with an R, we had to price it Right to offer as much protection as possible to as many people as possible.

We offer our products through only authorized distributors who have been specially trained in the system operation, installation and maintenance. This is to insure that you, our valued customer, always have the support you need to provide the very best system available.
