The ResponseAlert® System...

On-site monitoring and management of Resident Emergency Call Systems for Independent and Assisted Living Communities.
ResponseAlert® is a computer based central monitoring system providing the most user friendly On-site Personal Emergency system available today. Each time a resident activates their emergency pendant, the ResponseAlert® system displays ALL vital customer information. This includes: location, special notes, contact information, medical information, (when necessary) and even a resident's picture. Responders are summoned automatically within seconds armed with information and knowledge.
Optional communication systems such as on-site pagers, wireless phones or even two way radios, further enhance ResponseAlert® and allow for mobile or remote staff members to respond immediately.
Each event becomes a permanent record in the customers file. Every incident is time and date stamped at both the moment it is received, as well as, when the response has been provided. Reports can be filtered to provide incident history on any resident, staff member or type of incident.
ResponseAlert® PLUS, when used with RC-1800 In-Room Communicator/Voice Dialer, provides full duplex communication between resident and staff. The ResponseAlert® computer can also digitally record and store actual resident to staff conversations during an incident. These conversations can be retrieved and used to verify the proper handling of an emergency call.
The IdentiFind® network is an advanced feature of the ResponseAlert® system that will provide seamless coverage throughout your facility and grounds. Using the same pendant as with RC-1800, a simple push of the button identifies the resident and notifies the caregiver of their vicinity.
IdentiFind® uses a network of wireless locator receivers and signal repeaters to cast a virtual safety net over the entire campus. Using this network, facilities can now provide wireless bathroom pull cords; monitor interior and exterior doors for unwanted or unauthorized use, and provide by-pass keypads and buttons. This is especially valuable in assisted living where stairwells and the outdoors can pose a particular risk.
The CheckMate feature when enabled can use passive, or active, check-in devices, to monitor activity in the resident’s apartment. Wireless motion sensors can passively detect daily activity, while a check-in button can be programmed to register daily activity. The ResponseAlert® computer provides staff with a daily report of any inactivity, such that the welfare of those residents can be verified by a call or friendly visit.
